By booking a Nairobi Soleil service—whether for custom arrangements, event experiences, or subscription deliveries—clients acknowledge and agree to the following policies, payment terms, cancellation policies, and booking requirements. We believe in transparency and clear communication to ensure a seamless experience for every order and event.
Applicable to all Nairobi Soleil services
Discount codes, promotional offers, friends and family pricing, and special rate adjustments must be applied at the time of checkout.
Discounts cannot be added retroactively after payment has been submitted.
Nairobi Soleil reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders submitted with invalid, unauthorized, expired, or incorrectly applied discount codes.
Nairobi Soleil may photograph floral arrangements, custom orders, subscription deliveries, workshop setups, and bouquet bar installations for portfolio, website, and social media use unless otherwise requested in writing before the order or event.
Nairobi Soleil is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by weather, emergencies, transportation disruptions, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
By proceeding with checkout and submitting payment, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all Nairobi Soleil services including event experiences, custom arrangements, and subscription deliveries.
Custom floral compositions
Design Your Arrangement orders are custom floral compositions created based on the client's selected preferences, floral style, and overall design direction.
Because each arrangement is custom-designed, final floral selections may vary slightly based on seasonal availability and artistic interpretation.
Full payment is required before custom orders are processed and fulfilled.
Orders submitted with incorrect payment amounts may be delayed, adjusted, canceled, or refunded until corrected.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, recipient information, and preferred delivery timing.
Nairobi Soleil is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect order information.
Nairobi Soleil maintains creative discretion when designing custom arrangements while honoring the overall aesthetic selected during checkout.
Due to the custom and perishable nature of floral arrangements, completed orders may not qualify for refunds once preparation has begun.
Order modifications are subject to timing, floral availability, and production status.
Immersive floral design for intimate gatherings
By booking a Nairobi Soleil Floral Workshop Experience, clients agree to provide accurate event information and complete payment according to the pricing shown at checkout.
A $500 workshop deposit is required to reserve the event date. Deposit payments are applied toward the final booking balance.
Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to the scheduled event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is successfully received.
Workshop pricing includes the guest count listed in the selected package.
Additional guest fees may apply based on the final attendee count.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date may qualify for partial credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable due to floral sourcing, preparation, and scheduling commitments.
One reschedule request may be accommodated based on availability if submitted at least 7 days before the event date.
Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access and readiness at the scheduled start time.
Delays caused by venue access restrictions, incomplete setup access, or late arrival may reduce workshop time.
Seasonal florals and materials may vary slightly based on availability, seasonality, and sourcing.
Nairobi Soleil reserves artistic discretion while maintaining the overall aesthetic and experience represented.
Nairobi Soleil is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, venue damages, or losses occurring during the workshop experience.
Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all attendees.
A hosted floral experience for elegant celebrations
Floral Bouquet Bar bookings require payment according to the pricing shown at checkout.
A $250 bouquet bar deposit is required to reserve the event date. Deposit payments are applied toward the final booking balance.
Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to the scheduled event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Base pricing includes the guest count stated in the selected package.
Additional guest charges may apply if attendance exceeds the reserved amount.
Any remaining balances after the initial deposit must be paid in full prior to the scheduled event date.
Failure to complete final payment may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
Due to floral sourcing and preparation requirements, cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Reschedule requests are subject to availability and must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access, setup permissions, and sufficient workspace for the bouquet bar experience.
Floral selections may vary based on seasonality and market availability.
Nairobi Soleil reserves the right to substitute florals of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.
Nairobi Soleil is not responsible for venue damages, injuries, allergic reactions, or losses associated with the event experience.
Recurring floral delivery plans
Subscription services are recurring floral deliveries billed according to the selected subscription plan and billing cycle.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information for recurring billing.
Subscription changes, pauses, or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next scheduled billing date.
Orders already processed or prepared for delivery may not be canceled or refunded.
Seasonal florals may vary based on availability and sourcing.
Nairobi Soleil reserves artistic discretion while maintaining the overall design style and quality represented.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe delivery access.
Nairobi Soleil is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, restricted access, or recipient unavailability.
Due to the perishable nature of floral products, refunds are not guaranteed once arrangements have been prepared or delivered.
